Amy & Mehul :: Ashyana Banquets Indian Wedding
Get yourselves ready for the longest, most beautiful, colorful, full of emotion, love and tradition, wedding you have ever seen. By far one of my favorite weddings ever! Amy made a stunning bride and the day was pure perfection. Initially I thought it would be wiser to split the wedding into several posts, but I couldn’t. So here it is. Every moment from Baraat to the the couple Sikh ceremony, Hindu ceremony, bridal party portraits at Cantigny Park and their gorgeous reception!
It was a wet, chilly morning, but the rain stopped the moment Mehul arrived on horseback and the celebration began in front of the Ashyana Banquets in Downers Grove.
At the same time Amy was finishing up getting ready inside. My good friend, the AMAZING Enrique Enriquez of Brides by Enrique did Amy’s hair and make up for all three looks. Breathtaking! Amy made a beautiful bride and was an incredible muse for both of us!
The couple had two beautiful ceremonies. Here is the first one, the Sikh ceremony.
The bride changed as the guests enjoyed a delicious luncheon and the room was transformed for the couple’s Hindu Ceremony.
In between the daytime ceremony and evening reception, we made our way to Cantigny Park for some truly memorable bridal party portraits.
A new look for the bride and the evening begins with cocktail hour for the newlyweds 600 guests!
Loved the MCs!
The dance floor opened with the bride and groom’s first dance.
Father daughter, mother son and a beautifully choreographed bridesmaids dance followed.
We ended the evening outside creating one of our signature nighttime portraits for this amazing couple. Amy & Mehul, THANK YOU for the incredible honor of choosing us to capture your big day! A day I will never forget. So much beauty, love, tradition and heartfelt celebration. My heart danced inside as I captured each beautiful moment of this stunning album!
