Taylor + Dominick

How about a little Thursday treat? I’ve already been enjoying putting this together all morning and I hope you will love it as I much I do. ¬†It is one my favorite weddings of the year and one I have been looking forward to since booking it this past sprint. But there is a twist – it was photographed entirely by Konstantin. Konstantin does a select few weddings by himself every year. Oh the luxury of being the creative second shooter… ūüôā We need to switch things up for next year!

The day started at the Trump Chicago Hotel downtown. It was a rainy rushed morning, but it gave way to beautiful afternoon skies and the soft light of the autumn sun.

In the limo on the way to see her groom! The ceremony was held at Saint Benedict Parish on Irving Park. A gorgeous church!

Congrats, guys!!!! You did it! Off to Olive Park for pictures!

And it’s not downtown pictures for us unless we make a stop at our favorite bridge – LaSalle Bridge!

Dinner and dancing followed at the Ravenswood Events Center. What a gorgeous venue! I would so set up shop there for my studio.

Nothing more beautiful and elegant than white!

The night started with tearful, heartfelt speeches…

Followed by a delicious dinner and the couple’s first dance!!!!

This is what Hollywood movies are made of!!!

Father – daughter and mother – son dances.

How gorgeous is this dress? This bride? This WEDDING?? I am in love with it! In love with how awesome Dominick and Taylor are! I truly hope you enjoyed Konstantin’s first blog feature. I will be back soon with a gorgeous Ivy Room wedding!!!
